"File is in use by another user"
A file that is needed, is currently in use or locked.
In Maintenance Utilities and Import Data, there are options to lock the database to speed up the process. If this option is chosen, other users may get the Error 108 when trying to access those files.
If this error occurs while importing data, it can be caused from importing to the offers database from multiple workstations. Clear the error and start importing the data again. If this error occurs again, try importing your information from one of the workstations.
