"Cannot load 32-bit DLL keylbe32.dll"
Causes
This error occurs when you try to run PBasePRO.exe without it being
properly installed on the current workstation. This could occur if you created a
shortcut to the PBasePRO.exe on a server without first running the setup from
the installation CD.
Resolution
Run the setup from the PartBase PRO installation CD and install the
"DLLs and libraries" only.
