FoxPro cannot start. Could not load resources."
Causes
PartBase wasn't installed properly.
PBasePro.exe is not running in the pbasepro folder.
The file, "VFP6RENU.DLL", is missing
from the PBasePRO folder.
Resolution
Make sure pbasepro.exe is in
the same folder as other PartBase PRO files.
