Causes
PartBase wasn't installed properly.
PBasePro.exe is not running in the pbasepro folder.
One of the files, "VFP6R.DLL" or "VFP6RENU.DLL", is missing
from the PBasePRO folder.
Resolution
Make sure pbasepro.exe is in
the same folder as other PartBase PRO files.
