Sales Module sections: Invoicing, Sales History, Payments, RMA, Reports, Setup
When the invoice screen is first opened, it automatically opens a blank invoice. Click here to go to the step by step instructions to create an invoice.
On the bottom of the invoice window, there are several icons used in invoicing:
New - Create a new invoice. See invoicing - step by step instructions.
Lookup - This is used to bring up an existing invoice. Which then could be edited, voided or printed.

Edit Item - To edit a line item of the current invoice, click on the item and click on "Edit Item". You will then be able to edit the line item information.
Void - Voids the currently opened invoice. This will also remove the voided line items in Sales History. When you click on the "Void" button and no invoice is currently opened, the "Search Invoice" lookup window will appear.
Save - Save invoice
Print - Print invoice. If you are creating an invoice, it will ask you to save it first.
Exit - Close the invoice screen.
