Invoicing - Step by step instructions - Page 1

Creating an invoice also creates a searchable sales history. When the invoice screen is first opened, it automatically opens a blank invoice. If the invoice screen is already opened, you can create a new invoice by clicking the "New" icon. 

1. Select Company - When creating a new invoice, the "Select Company" window will automatically appear. You may also click on the "Select Company" button anytime prior to saving the invoice. Search for the company by name or code. Highlight the company you are invoicing then double-click on the company or click on the "Select" button
