Sales Module Settings Screen

This section is only available if you have the Sales Module. These settings refer to invoicing.

Settings - This is where you edit the values for Tax Rate, Last Invoice #, & Last RMA #. Click on "Edit" to modify the values. Click on "Save" or "Cancel" when done

Invoice Options
Print Company Name and Address - Include your company name and address at top of invoice
 
Print Inventory location - Show inventory location for each line item on invoice
 
Include Quantity Ordered - Print quantity ordered for each line item on invoice
 
Automatically Adjust Inventory - Adjust the inventory quantities during invoicing
 
Do not delete inventory record
when quantity is reduced to 0
- When invoicing an inventory item, select this option if you wish not to delete the inventory item if the quantity is  0


Edit Invoice Terms and Conditions -
Invoices can have up to 5 custom Terms and Conditions which appears at the bottom of an invoice. Click on "Edit Invoice Terms and Conditions" to modify the text.

Select the "Terms" you want to modify by clicking on the up and down arrow. Enter the description on the yellow description field. The description will not be displayed on the invoice. You have 10 lines of 100 characters each available for the text. Click "Close" when done.
