Company Info Sections: General Info, Other Info, View List

You can access this window through
different ways:
- On the menu bar, choose Maintain-Companies
- On the PartBase Classic Menu, click on "View/Edit Companies"
The Company database is where you store your vendor/contact information. The company information screen is divided into 3 sections: General Information, Other Information, View List. Here you can add a new company, view, or edit company information.

Go to the first record (Ctrl-PgUp) | Add new record. | |

Lookup Company - Click this button to search company by Name or Code

Enter company or part of company
name or code then click "Search". If it is found, the Company
Information screen will be bring up the found company.
Sorted by Name/Code - This option selects the sort order of companies being displayed in Company Information. This is also the list order in "View List"
Adding
New Company - To add a new company, click on the add icon
.
An "Enter Company Code" dialog will then pop up.
Enter
in the new code and click "Ok". If company code already exists, it
will warn you about it and you will have to enter a unique company code.
After new code is accepted, a blank General Information page will be displayed.
