Importing Broker Forum Emails and Files Import Broker Forum Settings Delete Broker Forum File after Import: This feature will delete the Broker Forum file you are importing into PartBase after it has finished importing. Broker Forum Files Directory: This where you need to select the location where you saved your file from the download or email attachments. Click on "Select" and choose the directory that contains the Broker Forum files. Import Offers: Check this box to import Offers from Broker Forum Import Requirements: Check this box to import Requirements from Broker Forum Import Phone # into Description: This will put the company name and phone number into the description field in PartBase. Choose OK to close window. The settings chosen will be saved. |
