In settings, if you selected "Automatically add new HTP member code to Convert Codes",  any new or unrecognized HTP member code will be added to the Company Code Conversion Table. 

Company, phone #, fax # and email is included for each part item in the download file. This info will also be imported into the Conversion Table. 

If the HTP member code already exists in the Conversion Table and if there is a PartBase company code to convert to, it will convert it while importing.

You may view the Conversion Table, by going to "Misc. Utilities" in "Maintenance Utilities" and clicking on "Settings" of "Convert company codes"

Search Offers
In "Search Offers", HTP member codes that has not been converted, can be looked up by double-clicking on the code in the Vendor column.

A window with the company name, phone, fax and email will appear. After viewing the company information, you must close this window to continue.
