Maintaining Company Information

With the Edit/View Company Screen you can add companies or edit their information. Each company will be identified by a unique customer code.  Using this code, you can search and find any information you need such as contact name, address, telephone number, e-mail and web addresses.  Used in conjunction with the Sales Module, this screen will serve to automatically enter in your customer information on invoices, saving you time.

By clicking the tab called Other Information you can store additional information such as resale #, sales terms and purchase terms.  Some of the fields will assist you in sorting out your customers such as the company type field.   You can use them to run reports.
