PartBase PRO Quick Tour
Sales History
The most important feature of the Sales Module is probably its capability to track your Sales History. Every time you create an invoice, the information is stored in the Sales History database. It will keep track of all your sales information including: customer, quantity, prefix, part number, date code, resale price, invoice date, invoice number, sales person, customer purchase order number, tax, tax rates, descriptions, customer's internal part number, package, new, pulls, refurbs, notes, buyer, vendor, your purchase order number, your cost, bin location, RMA number, RMA memo, RMA date, RMA authorized by, and RMA receive date.
You can view history by searching on a specific part number, customer name, etc.. With this information you will not undersell yourself. While searching parts, you can have your sales history on the same screen so you don't have to go from program to program to get the vital information you need to make the best informed decision.
