Creating an Invoice

You have searched your inventory and found that you have parts in stock and are ready to ship them to your customer.  Create an invoice from within the Sales Module by pulling up this screen.  When you type your customers code into the appropriate field, the name, address, ship to and bill to information will all be added automatically to your invoice.  You can add your inventory items directly from stock, add notes and set up your terms and conditions.  This screen is fully editable, so if anything is different when you recieve the purchase order, you can easily change it.
