Support Technical Support Plans

Before support is provided, you and your PartBase Support Professional must agree upon the scope of the problem and the parameters for an acceptable resolution. An incident may require multiple interactions and off-line research to resolve it. Please note that an incident involving a PartBase product bug or first time installation of the program will not be applied against your account.

Support is available via email to at support@partbase.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Personal phone tech support is available during business hours of 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. PST. Scheduled call back appointments may be necessary. Special times may be arranged for overseas companies.

 

 First 30 days Personal Technical Support

30 days Free Tech Support

When you purchase PartBase, you will have 30 days no-charge, assisted Personal Support for PartBase via Email or telephone. This includes installation of the program and training of your employees. Scheduled call back appointments may be necessary. Special times may be arranged for overseas companies.

No-charge assisted Personal Support via the Web is available for submissions with responses available the next business day during regular business hours. 

No-charge assisted Personal Support via telephone is available only during regular business hours.  No-charge assisted Personal Support is not available during holidays or periods Bay Area Computer is closed.

 
 Personal Technical Support

$65.00 USD per incident*

The perfect option when you want to pay as you go for one-on-one support. Paid assisted Personal Tech Support via email or telephone is also available at $65.00 USD per incident. This includes *up to 15 minutes of phone time. Beyond 15 minutes will be billed at $3.00 per minute. This will take effect after the 30 days of free support has expired. Paid assisted Personal Tech Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via email. Telephone support is during normal business hours. If the purchase of an upgrade or extra module has transpired during or after free support has expired, the 30 days of free technical support will be reinstated. Scheduled call back appointments may be necessary. Special times may be arranged for overseas companies.

 Premium Support Plan

$2080 value for only $1549

When you enroll in PartBase's Premium Support Plan, you're getting a comprehensive package for all your support needs.  You'll receive:

  • 480 minutes or one year of telephone and/or email support, whichever comes first. That's 8 hours of Technical Support. A $2080 value for only $1549
  • Telephone hours of support are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST, Monday - Friday. Scheduled call back appointments may be necessary. Special times may be arranged for overseas companies. Email support is 24/7, with response within 24 hours of receipt during normal business hours.

 Basic Support Plan

$1040 value for only $774

PartBase Basic Support Plan is a basic plan for telephone support.

  • 240 minutes or one year of telephone support, whichever comes first. This is 4 hours of Technical Support.
  • Hours of support from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST, Monday - Friday. Scheduled call back appointments may be necessary. Special times may be arranged for overseas companies.
