The Enerpac article SCJ-50 typically requires annual UVV safety inspections according to § 14 BetrSichV and DGUV regulations (e.g. DGUV regulation 3, 100-500) to ensure workplace safety. Through our partner WK Hydraulik, who operates a certified Enerpac Service Center, we carry out these inspections for you.
The system is automatically mechanically locked after the stroke for lifting or lowering. Self-aligning steel support blocks save time, improve side load, and eliminate the need for wooden blocks. Simplified operation with 50% fewer cycles than stage lifting systems allows work to be performed more efficiently. End block with adjustable swivel pressure piece allows fine adjustment during configuration: 50 mm adjustable movable pressure piece. Low starting height of 494 mm; max. lifting height up to 2067 mm. Can be operated with Enerpac 700 bar hydraulic power units. Lloyds tested to 125% of maximum load capacity. Simple operation: Connect the Cube Jacks to the pump with split delivery volume from Enerpac and select the lifting mode on each base lifting frame. Insert a support block and activate the Cube Jack until the support block clicks into the locking mechanism. Retract the lifter and repeat the process until the desired lifting height is achieved. Select the lowering mode on each base lifting frame for the lowering process and reverse the process.
