Shut-off valve »SYNTESI«, manual, size 1, G 1/8, exhaust G 1/8, hole 3,5 mm, p1 = max. 15 bar, T = -10…50 °C, without silencer These devices isolate the pneumatic circuit from the main supply connection. These are 3/2-way valves that vent the circuit in the shut-off position. Shut-off valves are therefore necessary for maintenance work or in cases where the supply air to the actuators has to be switched off. Available as a manual, pneumatic or electro-pneumatic version. Also available on request as an electro-pneumatic version with external pilot air (for applications where the pressure in the service unit is outside the pressure range required to actuate the electro-pneumatic version). In the shut-off position, the manually operated version can be secured with up to two (size 1) or three (size 2) padlocks. Alternatively, a version with a Ø 7 mm hole for a single lock is available on request. There is one port at the front and one at the rear (G 1/8 for size 1 and G 1/4 for size 2), which can be used for a pressure gauge or pressure switch or as an additional outlet. For manually and pneumatically operated shut-off valves, a silencer is not included in the scope of delivery. For electrically operated shut-off valves, the coil, plug and silencer are not included in the scope of delivery. ATEX version on request!
